In-Store Shopping Appointment
We will work hard to ensure the experience is as safe as possible. Employees will be wearing masks at all times and regularly washing their hands. We are also leaving time between appointments, so that all high-touch areas can be wiped down prior to the next customer.
To keep you and our Finches safe, we have a few rules:
- Masks are required; we strongly encourage wearing your own reusable mask if you have one but we do have a limited supply of disposable masks for shoppers to purchase at $1, if necessary
- Shoppers can bring only one other person with them
- Appointments will be capped at 30 minutes
- Please maintain 6 feet of distance between you and the employees during your visit
- We will only accept payments via credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal (no cash payments)

To save you time, you can reserve items to try on. Just choose whatever you are interested in in your cart and choose "Reserve for In-Store Appt" as your payment method. We will put anything you choose in a dressing room for you so you don't have to waste time looking - you will still be welcome to browse and try on other items though! Please wait until 8pm the night before your appt. to start reserving items. We cannot guarantee that we will have time to collect all the items if you reserve them less than 2 hours before your appointment slot.
